Merchandise Return Policy

Exchanges, or Credits: At Ivysdomain.com, we understand that sometimes an error can be made in good faith by a customer, or a seller when purchasing on-line. Please read our policy below to ensure that any such issue, should one arise, can be handled quickly, and to your complete satisfaction! If, upon receipt of your purchase, you are not satisfied with the order, contact service@ivysdomain.com within 24 hours of your receipt of the order for Return Authorization Invoice.... All sales are deemed as final at the time of shipping, unless certain specific conditions prevail as described in our Merchandise Return Policy. By purchasing through the Ivy’s Domains site, you are agreeing to this policy, as stated herein.

A Return and Exchange Form is enclosed with every package .Please indicate if you prefer to receive a refund or exchange, or make a exchange of merchandise of another item of similar price.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Policy for refused returns:

No returns can be accepted, due to health considerations and some state laws, on any Lingerie, Cosmetics, or Herbs, Oils.

All sales of any Lingerie, Cosmetics, or Herbs or Oils are deemed Final. Accept for special consideration and arrangements that have been made with customer services.

No returns, exchanges, or acceptance of items for any candles that have been burned, or used.

No returns, exchanges, or acceptance of items can be accepted without a Return Authorization Invoice that is sent with every order shipped.

Replacement items for goods damaged in shipping: Replacements for damaged goods will be offered only after contacting customer service with a description of the damage... Replacement items or credit for goods damaged in shipping , will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the items in question when returned to customer service at Ivy’s domain with a Return Invoice issued with merchandise the time the item was shipped to you....If the damaged item in question, is not in stock at the time of receipt, or if the item is a "Special Order", then you will receive e-mail or phone call informing you of the expected date of delivery. We will ship your purchase as soon as it becomes available, unless credit is otherwise requested.


Refunds, Store Credits, and Exchanges: A refund or exchange will be promptly processed in the event the items shipped to the customer are not the items purchased, or believed purchased, as shown in the original invoice and receipt at the time of the original order. All refunds and exchanges will be processed only with the correct Return Authorization Invoice issued by customer service . All refunds will be issued within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the items in question, when accompanied by the correct Item number on the Return Invoice issued with merchandise that was shipped to customer. Or other arrangements that have been made with customer service, after you have contact them with the error that was made.

 
Any authorized refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
This means that Ivy’s domain cannot credit alternate credit cards, or issue cash, checks or money orders for credit. Credit will be made to the oginal credit card the purchase was made on. No exceptions!
 
Shipping Policy and Cost:
Standard United States Postal Service Ground Shipping: Is our regular mean of shipping our merchandise unless you choose other means of shipping, which will be offered you at time of check out during purchasing... Overnight or Expedited merchandise will be accessed to the customers sale when that option was choosen.

All shipping for USPS, for each item is listed on the web page the item was purchased on.
The total shipping cost is clearly stated on the check out of the site, during final purchase. It will at this time give you the opportunity to either accept the shipping charge applied or change shipping method, which may or may not change shipping cost for the total sale you want to purchase.

 
United Postal Service and Fedex, will be available to you for alternate shipping methods, at the customer expense
If items are back ordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.... Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
All back ordered items ship out via Standard Ground Delivery.
Overseas and International Shipping Policy:
Due to varied overseas and international shipping cost, overseas shipping prices may vary.
Price cost on oversea's shipping may increase because of the raise of shipping cost beyond our control You Will be sent a e-mail of all incease of cost due to shipping over sea's if you prefer another methord of shipping you may call customer service at 423-914-0823 or e-mail service@ivysdomain.com before ordering.
 
On overseas shipping: Order usually arrives within 18 business days after the shipping date.... Packages less than 2.2 kilograms will be shipped via International Postal Consultants. Unless other arraignments have been made ahead of time during ordering call or e-mail us for arrangements.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Ivy’s Domain does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office before you purchase merchandise from our web site.
Due to the high amount of overseas fraud and stolen credit cards, no merchandise will be shipped until Payment has been received and cleared our merchant services company. Please use your three digit identifier on the back of your credit card to speed up this process and to assure Authorization.

For sales in Tennnessee, a 7.9% sales tax will be applied to the value of the items sold. In California and 8% will be applied.
There is no sales tax or shipping charge for gift certificates mailed in the USA .or in Tennesseee

Restriction of Shipping
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, and product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products to all countries. The following list outlines those restrictions of certain products:

1) Fragrance : Alcohol-based product to all countries except U.S. territories and Canada. and some restrictions may apply.
2) Herbs: Some Herb-based product in some countries and states within the USA and Canada, have restrictions that may apply that we are not aware of. Please check your local governing laws on herbs before purchasing herbs from our site. We will not be responsible for herbs sent in restricted areas.

3) Acetone products: Restrictions apply via air freight with acetone products and can not be shipped.

Countries that are restricted from all shipments due to USA embargo laws:
Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Rwanda, Sudan, Yugoslavia,Pakastan, Afghanistan, Turkey.
